Set in the fictional town of Chance Harbor, Washington, the series will follow a California teenager, Cassie Blake, a normal, happy girl who lived with his mother Amelia. But Amelia apparently dies in a tragic accident. So Cassie moves in with his grandmother, Jane, in the small town Chance Harbor, Washington, where the inhabitants seem to know more about her than she knows about herself.
